| Spiral of Recovery |
T.E.A.C.H.’s logo is The Spiral
The Spiral represents the course of life
Life is unpredictable, there are ups and downs
When painful experiences happen, it may feel as though your life is spiraling out of control
It is important to remember that life is in constant flux
Things will eventually improve again, just as the spiral peaks up again even after its lowest point |
